MS Lancing Tubes 

MS (Mild Steel) lancing tubes are used in the steel industry, especially for injecting gases like oxygen into molten metal. Usually constructed of steel, they are intended to endure high pressures and temperatures. These tubes are essential for a number of operations, including the removal of carbon from molten metal, steelmaking, and refinement.

MS Tubes Manufacturing:

The manufacturing process of MS Lancing Tubes employs a series of operations in which the Flat Rolling Steel, Hot Rolled Strips, or Hot Rolled Coils are cold-formed or shaped into tubular form. Welding is implicated by the application of heat and pressure. The welding heat is generated by resistance to the flow of an electric current, which may be introduced through electrodes or by induction. These welded tubular products are made in different sizes as desired, by fitting suitable dye sets.
